W is for . . . Wednesday-Wondering

Have you even been asked a question that made your mind bend? made your neck sweat and your fingers tingle? Those questions that seem impossible to answer?
They are my most favourite type of questions, so I have decided that once a week, I will pose a question and answer it, and you can put your answers in the comments.

I think its good to really think about something, like exercise for your mind!

So todays question is -

If not now, then when?
-John Lewis

What a great question, and honestly, one that i'm sure we have all thought about.
How often do we put things off, not really knowing when we will actually do them, and not really having a good reason?

I know for me, I have so many unfinished projects around the house, I start them and i'm so excited. Then about half way through ill get bored and say that ill finish it another day, but as the question states, most commonly it goes unfinished.

My answer...

In the moment!

For every thing and every time there is a moment. If you grasp the moment, capture it in all its glory, then you will accomplish what you started. If you find something you love, find something you want to do, then do it!
If you start a sewing project and your loving it, make the time to do it!
Make time in your life and in your day to complete the things you start. If your in the moment your much more likely to get the things you start, completed.
And being able to look at a finish project, will no only improve your day but improve your mood! Being able to see a something you have completed is such a fantastic feeling, its good for the soul!

So do things in the moment, live for today and enjoy every second.

If you find something you love, embrace it and don't let it go.

What do you think? For you, If not now, when?

  1. I totally get this hun. I have so many half finished projects on the go, but when I am really enjoying something, time is not an issue. Nothing like rearranging the living room at 1am :) xx

    1. Oh i agree! I just have to find something I love. blogging is about the only thing at the moment! Hence me still being awake when the rest of my house is sleeping!
