P is for . . . Picnic

Today I took my own advice and decided to go on a walk with my little family in order to de-stress.

We went down to the local Picnic sight and had some fish and chips, then introduced Ethan to the park. He had so much fun in the swings, he literally smiled the whole time, it was his first time so it was kinda a big moment. considering i hated, and still hate swings, im glad he can enjoy themWe had a great time and such a simple way to enjoy each others company.

Even our dog Bear came along, although he got a little hot and bothered, it's a hard life being a black dog in summer. He is part of our family, some people don't understand that, but he is truly wonderful. Him and Ethan get along so well, and I'm glad my little dude will be growing up around such a lovely
, well natured dog.

Sometimes it's the most simple outings that mean the most, and give you the ability to cherish every moment! Walking down the street, holding Toms hand, seeing Bear's tail wag and hearing Ethan giggle, is by far the most perfect way to spend a Saturday night. It's the little moments that make me feel like the luckiest mum in the world!

How did you spend your evening?

What do you do as a family, that you cherish?

One of my Favorite things to do with my girls is our Friday night slumber parties, our girls night, mattresses of the lounge room floor, munches and movies. We stay up late talk and giggle
